Currently at Bikini.ae we only support one promo code per order.

Gift cards and/or promo codes can be redeemed at check out. You will find an option at checkout for you to apply your promo code and/or gift card.

Once you have your selected items in your Cart, simply click the ‘Checkout’ button. You will then be prompted to either sign into your account, or enter contact details. Next, choose your preferred shipping method and enter any discount codes or credit vouchers that you may want to use. Finally, you will be directed to complete payment. A confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address containing the contents of your order!

Ordering online from Bikini.ae is easy. When viewing an item, simply select your size and quantity needed and then click ‘Add to Cart’. You can review the items in your Cart at any time by clicking on the ‘Cart’ icon in the top right corner of every page. Once you have reviewed the items in your shopping cart, you can either continue shopping or continue to checkout and place your order.

Some countries charge a duty or tax on imported parcels over a certain value. If your order exceeds this amount, you may be asked to pay a duty fee to receive your order.
Please contact your local Customs office for more information on charges for your country prior to purchasing and to better understand the threshold in your country.
Please note: Bikini.ae does not cover import liabilities that are applied by the government of the destination country. Bikini.ae will not be held liable or responsible for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply. Bikini.ae does not have control over these fees and cannot estimate how much these will be as they vary widely per country and per order value. Bikini.ae is not responsible for notifying customers that their item(s) are awaiting the payment of customs duties and taxes. Duties and taxes are non-refundable.
In the event that you refuse to pay these fees, your parcel may be destroyed and a replacement or refund cannot be offered.

Customs, duties and taxes are possible for all countries we ship to outside of UAE. Items for delivery outside of United Arab Emirates may have to be cleared through customs and be subject to duties and taxes levied by the destination country. 
Bikini.ae does not have control over these fees and cannot estimate how much these will be as they vary widely per country and also vary depending on the value of your order and the weight of your parcel.
It is your responsibility to contact your local Customs office for more information on charges for your country prior to purchasing and the minimum spend converted for your local currency.
Duties and Taxes are non-refundable as they are required for import by the Governmental body of your country and Bikini.ae does not collect or handle these fees.

If you have made an error entering your shipping address or need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@bikini.ae. We will make every effort to ensure the correct delivery of your order. 
If your order has already been shipped, you will be responsible for contacting the courier to update the address or collect the parcel from the address that has been entered. Bikini.ae is not responsible for the delivery of parcels to incorrectly entered addresses.

Any items received that are not in original condition, in packaging with panty liner intact and tags attached or have stains/soiling will be immediately shipped back to you from our returns warehouse. We are unable to issue store credits on these items for sanitary reasons. Shipping costs will be covered by deducting from store credit.

We are confident you’ll love your pieces however if there are any issues with quality or a fault, we will resolve this quickly. Please contact our Customer Care team or email us at contact@bikini.ae with your order number and images of the issue right away so we can assist.

Items suspected of being faulty must be returned in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt for inspection process by our quality control team.

  • Items marked as final sale.
  • Sale items including items purchased during flash sales or with a discount code above 15%.
  • Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.
  • Items that have been worn or are soiled/stained.
  • Items within 14 days of their arrival date.
  • Full priced items in new condition. Item must be undamaged, unworn, unwashed with tags attached and in original packaging. We do not accept exchanges that are worn, soiled/stained or without Bikini.ae hygiene sticker attached.

All items marked as final sale, or with a Discount Code of above 15% have been reduced in price and cannot be returned for an exchange to store credit. We understand that buying final sale items can be tricky, so if you have any questions about sizing, fit or fabric please contact our Customer Care team and review our size chart before placing your order. No exceptions can be made for sizing, fit or fabric issues on final sale items.

  • Once your items are inspected by the returns team, you’ll get your store credit notification via email typically within 10-14 business days.

  • Late Returns

    We’re unable to accept returns beyond the 14 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after 14 days may be returned to you.

    We happily accept products purchased from Bikini.ae in new condition with tags and liners intact for returns as a store credit. You have 14 days from the day your delivery arrived to send them back to us for store credit. Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable. Return shipping is at customer expense.

    For sanitary reasons please try on swimwear over your underwear, we do not accept returns or exchanges that are worn, soiled/stained or without Bikini.ae hygiene sticker attached. Returns that do not meet the previously mentioned will not be refunded. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if a product is damaged, washed, dirty, or missing tags.

    Exceptions

    Please note sale items and final sale are not eligible for return or exchange. Sale items including full price items purchased at a discount of more than 15% are not eligible for return. 

     All issues must be reported, damages that are not submitted or past 14 days will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and eligible for store credit only.

Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order after it has confirmed through our system and payment has been received.

What you may be seeing is an authorisation. This is a common bank practice handling credit card transactions to ensure sufficient funds and account authenticity. This authorisation will clear and you will see one charge for the order you have placed. Please note that your bank may take up to 48 hours to clear the authorisation. If you need help speeding up the process, you can contact the issuing bank of your credit card.
Please only click the ‘Complete Order’ button once during checkout and allow this to finish processing to avoid duplicate orders being placed.

  • We accept major credit cards as Master Card, Visa and Union Pay. We also offer online express checkout with Apple Pay. Cash on delivery option is available for Dubai customers ONLY. 

    *Please note that for Cash on Delivery option, AED 15 surcharge will be applied. 

    *Please note that the Apple pay payment option will be visible only if the below requirements are satisfied:

    ● ApplePay is not supported in iFrame. It is a limitation from ApplePay for security reasons. So you will have to use Telr’s Hosted Payment Page.

    ● Please note ApplePay will be seen as payment option only on Safari browser of iOS devices. Again a requirement from ApplePay.

    ● ApplePay will be payment option on iOS devices in Safari browser only if that device is linked to Apple Wallet.

    ● ApplePay works best genuine details in Address line 1, City and Country fields.
